“What are the experiences of PAOC clergy in regard to their relationships with other clergy when power and position are involved?”
This is first qualitative study on the impact of power differentials experienced by clergy within the PAOC, and it was driven by this simple open-ended question. Through twenty-five in-depth interviews, “Power in Practice” takes a focused look at the way power is actually wielded within the PAOC and presents a critical analysis and evaluation of the same.
